Workforce deployment

You hired them. Now put them on the right client job.

Hiring ends with a list of names marked hired. The work starts after that: which client each person goes to, from what date, for how many hours a week, what they have been asked to do there, and how many hours they actually put in. CENTURED keeps all of that in one place, and pulls your hires straight in from DENCRM careers so nobody types a name twice.

Staff a project the way you already think about it

Say what the job needs. CENTURED shows who can do it.

Projects and slots

A project belongs to a client and has dates. Add slots to it: "three cleaners, 20 hours a week, from the 3rd". The project page shows each slot as filled or open, and the dashboard lists every open slot across the company.

person_search

Ranked candidates

Open a slot and get your active people ranked by trade, skills, free hours over those exact dates, and location. People who fit come first. Place one with a single button.

event_busy

No double booking

Proposals count as well as confirmed placements, so offering the same person to two clients for the same week is caught before either client hears about it.

weekend

The bench

Who is hired and paid but on nothing today, and whose placement ends in the next fourteen days. The two lists a scheduler checks every morning.

From hire to job without retyping

Hundreds of applications go into DENCRM careers. The ones you hire come here.

What comes across

Every applicant marked hired at your company, with spam applications left out. Each one becomes a person on your roster with:

  • name, email, phone and city
  • the job they were hired for, as their trade
  • their listed certifications, as skills
  • hire date and preferred schedule, as weekly hours

What stays the same

CENTURED reads your careers data and never writes to it. Your hiring pipeline, offer letters and onboarding stay in DENCRM exactly as they are.

  • tick the hires you want, or bring them all
  • someone already on the roster is matched by email, not duplicated
  • people you employ who were never applicants can be added by hand

A portal for the people doing the work

Most of the people you deploy will never open a console, and should not have to.

link

A personal link

A manager issues it from the person's page. It opens on any phone with no password. Lost the phone? Issue a new link and the old one and every session opened with it stop working.

checklist

Their jobs and tasks

Where they are placed, from when, for which client, and the tasks given to them. They move a task to in progress, blocked (with the reason) or done.

schedule

Hours, approved

They log hours against a job they were placed on, for a day that has happened. A manager approves or rejects in bulk, and the export opens in a spreadsheet with cost and billable value per line.

Every company calls it something different

The words are settings, so the screens read the way your team talks.

Your words

A cleaning firm sends staff to sites. An agency staffs engagements. A contractor runs jobs. Rename projects, clients and workers once and every page follows.

Your trades and skills

Keep your own list of roles and skills. They become the pickers on every form and the vocabulary the candidate ranking matches against.
